Influential Growth is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter New England and Sydney regions. Our multidisciplinary team delivers Positive Behaviour Support, Support Coordination, Plan Management and Nature-Based & Animal-Assisted Allied Health, with services designed around the individual needs, goals and circumstances of each participant.

Our Story
Since being founded in 2021, Influential Growth has grown into a multidisciplinary NDIS provider supporting participants, families and their wider support networks across NSW.
What began in Positive Behaviour Support has evolved to bring together Positive Behaviour Support, Support Coordination, Plan Management and Nature-Based & Animal-Assisted Allied Health under one organisation.
While our services are diverse, our approach remains consistent — individualised, practical and person-centred support that builds capacity, promotes independence and creates meaningful outcomes in everyday life.
Influential Growth was created with a simple belief: quality support starts with understanding the whole person, not just the service they require.

Our 10-acre Kangy Angy property on the Central Coast is home to our Nature-Based & Animal-Assisted Allied Health services and is also available as a welcoming space for participants accessing our other services. Our team can also provide flexible support across home, community and other relevant settings, depending on the service and individual needs.

Founder's Story
What began as a Behaviour Support practice continued to grow as demand increased and the organisation's reputation and team developed.
In 2024, Laura partnered with Jo Bailey, bringing together Laura's clinical leadership and Jo's more than 30 years of experience across ADHC and the NDIS. Jo's leadership provided a strong operational foundation for the organisation's next stage of growth, allowing Laura to focus on practitioner development, clinical quality and sustainable service delivery.
Today, Influential Growth has expanded beyond its Behaviour Support beginnings to provide Positive Behaviour Support, Support Coordination, Plan Management and Nature-Based & Animal-Assisted Allied Health.
Together, Laura and Jo continue to lead Influential Growth around the values on which it was built — quality, integrity, collaboration and the belief that lasting outcomes begin with people who feel genuinely supported.
Influential Growth was founded in 2021 by Behaviour Support Practitioner Laura, with a vision to create the kind of organisation she had always wanted to work within — one that genuinely invests in its practitioners while delivering exceptional support to participants and families.

Nature-Based & Animal-Assisted Allied Health
Positive Behaviour Support
**Nature-Based & Animal-Assisted Allied Health** offering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Counselling from our 10-acre Central Coast property. Our therapists incorporate nature, animals and meaningful activities to create engaging, individualised therapeutic experiences.
Our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team works alongside participants, families and support networks to understand behaviour, build skills and improve quality of life. We provide individualised, evidence-based support within homes, community settings and everyday environments.
NDIS Support Coordination
NDIS Plan Management
Our Support Coordinators help participants understand and navigate their NDIS plans, connect with suitable providers and build strong support networks. We work alongside participants and families to make the most of their funding while supporting greater choice, control and independence.
Our Plan Management team takes the stress out of managing NDIS funding, from processing invoices and paying providers to helping participants understand their budgets. We provide responsive, reliable support so participants can maintain choice and control over how their NDIS funding is used.
