Our team works alongside participants, families and their wider support networks to provide individualised services that reflect each person’s goals, needs and circumstances.

Our Positive Behaviour Support and Support Coordination teams provide flexible services within homes, community settings and other everyday environments, while our Allied Health team provides Nature-Based & Animal-Assisted Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Counselling from our 10-acre property in Kangy Angy on the Central Coast.

Influential Growth is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants and families across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Upper Hunter and Sydney regions of NSW.

We provide Plan Management, Support Coordination, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and Nature-Based & Animal-Assisted Allied Health, bringing together a multidisciplinary team with a shared focus on providing individualised, person-centred support.

At the heart of Influential Growth is our belief that support should be built around the individual. We work collaboratively with participants, families, carers and wider support networks to understand each person's goals, strengths and circumstances and provide services that are practical, meaningful and tailored to them.

Our services extend from flexible supports delivered within homes and communities across our service regions, through to our Nature-Based & Animal-Assisted Allied Health service at our 10-acre property in Kangy Angy on the Central Coast.
