We offer Support Connection, Support Coordination, and Specialist Support Coordination to match your specific needs.
Our approach focuses on building your capacity and confidence to manage your supports independently. We provide education about your rights, help you navigate challenges, and ensure you have access to appropriate services that align with your goals and preferences.
We maintain strong relationships with service providers across Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter New England and Sydney regions, enabling us to connect you with high-quality supports that match your needs, location, and cultural preferences while ensuring excellent service delivery standards.
Our Support Coordination services are designed to help NDIS participants understand, implement, and maximise their plans while building the skills needed to coordinate their own supports over time. We provide expert guidance through every step of your NDIS journey.
